I don't see the fabric I'm looking for. Do you have other fabrics?
Absolutely. With over 8000 different fabrics it is very difficult to have all of them on the site. Please call us, or better yet, send a sample and we will try to help. Occasionally, a fabric you want is back ordered. We let you know as soon as we know an expected delivery date. We can then decide on the best resolution for your order.
I needed the fabric yesterday. Do you do rush deliveries?
Yes. If you need rush delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Can I cancel or return an order?
If you wish to cancel your order, call us as soon as possible because your order goes out at the earliest available moment. Our products are the top sewing quality on the market. If there is any problem with an item, please call us immediately and we will resolve the issue. If you are dissatisfied with any item you receive please contact us within 15 days. In the unlikely event you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Cut fabrics are usually not returnable. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded and you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
If your shop does not have the product I need, can I place a special order?
We would be happy to place a special order for you. We require a non-refundable down payment of 50% and will bill you the rest upon shipment to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
Is my credit card information safe when ordering from Sew Much More online?
Yes, credit card information is processed securely by DataLinkTM.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic delivery time by USPS is usually 2-6 days. International orders will, of course, take longer. Once your order leaves our hands, we have no control over the route.
I am from outside Texas. Do I still pay sales tax?
No, only Texas shipping addresses pay 8.25% tax.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but please contact us for shipping rates before placing your order. Currently we only accept international orders from Canada, Great Britain and Australia.
What are your shipping costs and policies?
We ship within the United States using USPS with a tracking number.

Does your shop offer machine repair and scissor sharpening services?
Sewing machines, like any type of equipment, need TLC and regular maintenance if they are to perform at their best. Ed Olague is a certified Baby Lock, Bernina and Elna technician and also repairs all computerized and mechanical sewing machines and sergers. Call to find out the days he will be in the shop. If you have scissors that need sharpened, drop them at the shop. You will be called in a few days when they are returned.
